I’ve been browsing cooking blogs lately in an effort to renew my enthusiasm for dinner preparation. At the moment I am bored with it and it shows in our menu plan. I have to say, there are some amazing blogs out there full of yummy ideas. Check out my non-scrap blog section on the lower right side bar. I’ve added a couple of them to my blog roll.

We had Tater-Tot Casserole for dinner last night. I got the idea from a friends blog and thought it sounded interesting. I did a quick Google on it and found out there are several variations on it so I just did my own thing with the basic ingredients. Here is what it looked like before my family enjoyed it: And here is what it looked like after my family enjoyed it…ewwww I know. But it was really good and I think it will become part of our menu. It’s really easy and tasty too!
